The U.S. and other world powers should sign a treaty to outlaw the tampering with weather as an instrument of war.
It may seem farfetched to think of using weather as a weapon - - but I'm convinced that the U.S. did in fact use rainmaking techniques as a weapon of war in Southeast Asia.
I'm convinced we did because the Pentagon Papers contained a recommendation that an existing weather modification program be enlarged and the Defense Department; despite repeated opportunities, has yet to issue a comprehensive denial of such activities.
And knowledgeable observers such as Dr. Gordon MacDonald, a leading scientific expert and former member of the President's Council on Environmental Quality, have also concluded that the U.S. Attempted weather modification techniques during the Vietnam war.
We need a treaty now to prevent such actions -- before the military leaders of the world start directing storms, manipulating climates and including earthquakes against their enemies.
Such a treaty is in our national interest because weather modification and rainmaking are just the opening wedges for a whole new area of potential environmental warfare techniques.
The basic idea of environmental warfare is simple - - if a nation can learn to trigger natural events it can inflict terrible damage on an enemy through rainfall, flooding, tidal waves, earthquakes, and even climate changes that could devastate an enemy nation's agriculture.
It may seem a great leap of imagination to move from an apparent effort by the United States to muddy the Ho Chi Minh trail in Laos by weather modification to such science-fiction ideas as unleashing earthquakes, melting the polar ice cap, changing the course of warm ocean current, or modifying the weather of an adversary's farm belt.
But, in military technology, today's science fiction is tomorrow's strategic reality.
Apart from the sheer horror of the prospect of unbridled environmental warfare, there is, I believe, another compelling reason to ban such action.
We know, or should know, by now, that no nation can maintain for long a monopoly on new warfare technology. If we can develop weather warfare techniques so can and will other major powers.
Experience has taught us that the weapons that make us feel secure today will make us feel very insecure indeed when our adversaries possess the same capabilities.
Now is the time to act -- so we never have to worry about countries directing storms at each other

A meteorologist in Pocatello, Idaho, claims Japanese gangsters known as the Yakuza used KGB inventions to cause Hurricane Katrina, Wireless Flash reported Thursday.
Scott Stevens says after looking at NASA satellite photos of the hurricane, he’s is convinced it was caused by electromagnetic generators from ground-based microwave transmitters.
“There is absolutely zero chance that this is natural, zero,” Villagevoice quoted Stevens as saying after Katrina’s landfall, pointing out suspiciously rectilinear shapes in the satellite-photoed hurricane clouds
The generators emit a soundwave between three and 30 megahertz and Stevens claims the Russians invented the storm-creating technology back in 1976 and sold it to others in the late 1980s.
Stevens says the clouds formed by the generators are different from normal clouds and are able to appear out of nowhere and says Katrina had many rotation points that are unusual for hurricanes.
At least 10 nations and organizations possess the technology, but Stevens suspects the Japanese Yakuza created Katrina in order to make a fortune in the futures market and to get even with the U.S. for the 1945 bombing of Hiroshima.

What the masses of human beings all over the world have not been told is that it is possible to control and manipulate weather with a technology called 'scalar energy'. These energy weapons have other major capabilities that are even more dangerous than atomic weapons. Scalar Weapons could literally destroy the world and it is of the utmost urgency that human beings all over the world must be told of the existence of this devastating technology.
If none of this is true, where is there a law on the books of the United Nations, which prohibits one Nation from using environmental and weather manipulation weapons and technology against another Nation?
Nikola Tesla, one of the most incredible inventors of all time, developed this 'scalar technology' in the early 1900's. He created one device, about this size of a pack of cigarettes, which nearly brought down a New York highrise before he reportedly smashed it with a hammer to stop the vibrational
energy which was beginning to shatter the building.
In fact, many major technologies currently being used today were invented by Tesla including alternating current, light bulbs, robotics etc. etc. Tesla also invented an advanced technology to provide Free Energy to the entire planet, anywhere, and mainly for this reason the "powers that be" eliminated Tesla's name from history books.
It's not difficult to understand how 'they' wouldn't permit Free Energy to power the planet. Can you imagine a world, where OIL, HYDRO ELECTRIC ENERGY AND NUCLEAR ENERGY would be obsolete and no longer necessary as a major energy source?
Tesla wanted to give his free energy technology to the world, and for this reason all his funding was cut off by JP Morgan, Westinghouse and others, and he was never permitted to be recognized for his monumental achievements. The New World Order prefers that no one know that Tesla ever existed, so they can withhold this incredible technology from the People.
After Tesla died, the U.S.and Russia raced to confiscate all of Tesla's papers. Within his writings and drawings was the secret of energy technology...unlimited power which could clearly be used to dominate the world if it wound up in the wrong hands.
This amazing technology can also be used to heal people from many diseases, simply and for pennies. (So can such energy theoretically be used to induce disease in masses of people.) The current ultra-billion dollar medical-pharmaceutical industry would not be thrilled about Tesla's technology being used to replace their primitive but fantastically-profitable industries. So, human beings are forced to continue to suffer from diseases that can be easily and successfully treated using Tesla's technology. Sounds too good to be true? It's not.
Scalar technology can also be used in an EVIL WAY and has the potential to cause huge amounts of damage by using weather as a Weapon of Mass Destruction. In fact, some government officials have tried in vain to get a law on the books that says that Scalar Weapons cannot be used by any Nation to manipulate weather to be used as a "weapon" Unfortunately, the US, Russia and Japan - and possibly other nations - have been pursuing the use of
advanced energy technology to control the weather.
Can this energy weapon be used to 'steer' hurricanes? Someone should seriously check it out. The US Air Force official policy is to completely control the weather by 2025. And the evidence points
to substantial progress already having been made.

The possibility of weather manipulation is so hard for most people to believe, so they may say "show me some proof of the possibility that there is a means to control the weather". Here is one potential U.S. site in Gakona, Alaska that could possibly do that. They would never admit this, but it is interesting that the following is one of the FAQ that they post on their web site. They say one could take a tour of the site, but who is even interested to go to some remote area of Alaska and take such a tour? Who even knows that such a place exists???
The craziest thing is that it would only cost several millions of dollars to build such a site that could manipulate weather. The pictures are fields of electromagnetic antennas. They were expected to have 33 ACRES OF ANTENNAS when complete. That's a large amount of antennas. Wonder what they're REALLY doing there? There are probably other sites around the globe too.

Did they really answer the question and say NO, HAARP could NEVER be used to manipulate weather and that anyone saying this is completely wrong? Everyone knows we can trust the government to tell the truth, right? Yeah, sure we can.

The pictures in New Orleans may be giving us a preview of what is to come in all our cities if the plan spoken of by scientist Tom Bearden ever comes to pass. He fears that the KGB/Yakuza faction intends to take down our vulernable centralized power grid within a year and a half, in which case we will see the same breakdown of law and order everywhere, and there can never be enough national guard to keep order in a case like that. New Orleans is showing us clearly how fast human revert to our original animal nature when denied food and shelter. It is a total shock to suddenly have no food or shelter. In that shock order breaks down, psychologically, as our animal nature takes over in order to survive. Of course it needn't all be that way. It could be quite different indeed, were there any truly benign powers.
It is not clear yet, and we may never know, who pumped up Katrina to category 5 status in record time. But the fact that scalar weapons programs exist now in about 15 nations [see Bearden] (and rogue groups) has exposed the extreme vulnerability of our centralized power grid, and there is only one solution to that: the rapid development of energy-from-the-vacuum systems in a program to rival the Manhatten project. Bearden has been urging this for many years, but few listened. Such a conversion to "free-energy" systems would place the power source at the point of use, millions and millions of them.
I just stumbled onto this very interesting page, Part 5 of an article by Harry Mason called "Bright Skies" about scalar weapons testing in the Australian outback. Hurricanes are not the only fearsome things that scalar weapons can create, they can trigger earthquakes as well.

First some clips I found about weather wars, and then some clips from the Harry Mason article. I'm bothering to post all this because I have a feeling of urgency after Katrina, an urgency that we all educate ourselves about the weapons, as fast as we can with what little we have.
And all the while keeping in mind that the very powers inherent in these new scalar electromagnetic weapons, that very power could also be an incredible boon to mankind offering "free" energy, scalar healing blankets (push cell structures back along the time axis of spacetime), antigravity, and knowledge of the final and true Grand Unified Field Theory. We stand on the threshhold of what quantum theorist Michio Kaku calls "a sustainable civilization," one free from the entropy of things, through what Bearden calls "the giant Negentropy" of the waves in the vacuum of space.

The devastating tsunami created December 26, 2004 by a magnitude 9.0 earthquake that killed more than 300,000 people on the shores of the Indian Ocean caught the world off guard. It was the largest earthquake since the 9.2 magnitude Good Friday Earthquake off Alaska in 1964, and ties for fourth largest since 1900.
The earthquake that struck the Indonesian island of Sumatra occurred in a location geologists know is susceptible to powerful earthquakes. The quake occurred along a "subduction zone," in which the Indian tectonic plate is being subducted, or pulled beneath, the Burma tectonic platelet. The overlying plate jumped upward more than 4.5 metres, lifting the water above it and setting off the tsunami.
For some, the finger of blame doesn't point squarely at nature but at top secret military testing in the waters of the Indian Ocean.

Gradually this information is sifting itself out there on the net, and the more "experiments" they carry out with these weapons, the more people are going to want to understand what is going on. VERY unusual phenomena can be created with scalar waves.
According to Bearden last year's Katarina earthquake was a test to see if they could create a hurricane out of almost nothing WHERE HURRICANES NEVER ARE. It hit Brazil, of all places. And now we see they can pump so well and steer so well that the weather weapon is perfected.
Don't these madmen know the foolishness of messing with natural forces on a big scale? Secrecy has allowed the development of these powers under no kind of wisdom-oversight or public study to find out what the limits are before we wipe out all life on earth.

"The January 1978 edition of Specula magazine ran an article describing an incredibly profound phenomenon that could be produced within the Earth by what is called the 'Tesla Effect.'

Bearden fears a faction he refers to as old-KGB/Yakuza has registered interferometers on the Yellowstone caldera to try to induce a super volcano. This way lies madness.
We must wake up and forbid the use of scalar weapons. The government wastes its time worrying about nuclear weapons, but that must be some kind of front because the new weapons can render useless all nuclear weapons on the planet in about 10 minutes! With the advent of scalar weapons we don't really have to worry TOO much about nuclear war. Those with the very mysterious new "Quantum Potential Weapon" simply turn off all nuclear weapons everywhere before their main operation. Even Tom Bearden is still trying to figure out how the Quantum Potential Weapon" works. That's the one which, among various known and unknown powers, can "broadcast" disease "spacetime engines" which are the patterns for various diseases, a kind of phantom disease state where the body "thinks" it has that disease, what Bearden calls a "disease shadow state." Broadcasting a number of these upon a population the immune system of everyone becomes simply worn out and weakened, fighting all these shadow diseases. This is what's known as a "force multiplier" in the area of biowarfare.
Back to the possible death of the nuclear age, if a missile happens to leak through and get fired, escapes being dudded, then the interferometers are simply focused to create a glowing spere of intense electromagnetic energy around the missile and destroy it or "dud" it. So in this new paradigm we have to somehow completely rearrange the way we look at things, and the way we see things. I see a marvelous world, almost a paradise on earth, and also incredible dangers to that paradise. The danger could be called "the deceivers." I don't know who they are, but they are playing with fire.
This article then goes on to quote Bearden talking about Tesla's "Tesla Magnifying Transmitter." It's a little hard to grasp so I just ponder it now and then. The standing wave idea I think grasp, it's kind of like feedback in a microphone, or any resonance. Energy builds up when something self-vibrates. Bearden explains Tesla's idea:
"They will go through anything. What you do is that you set up a standing wave through the Earth and the molten core of the Earth begins to feed that wave (we are talking Tesla now). When you have that standing wave, you have set up a triode.
What you've done is that the molten core of the Earth is feeding the energy and it's like your signal - that you are putting in - is gating the grid of a triode… Then what you do is that you change the frequency. If you change the frequency one way (start to dephase it), you dump the energy up in the atmosphere beyond the point on the other side of the Earth that you focused upon. You start ionising the air, you can change the weather flow patterns (jet streams etc) - you can change all that - if you dump it gradually, real gradually - you influence the heck out of the weather. It's a great weather machine.
If you dump it sharply, you don't get little ionisation like that. You will get flashes and fireballs (plasma) that will come down on the surfaces of the Earth… you can cause enormous weather changes over entire regions by playing that thing back and forth."
Bearden talks mostly about the major non-U.S. scalar weapons programs, but this article goes on to consider HAARP. As a matter of fact, who ARE the condenders here? Let's review. If we trust Tom's sources then about 15 nations have SOME kind of scalar weapons program and some form of the weapons. He names Russia, China, Brazil, as well as the Yakuza consortium working (still?) with the Aum Shinrikyo cult. And though he never names Israel, he refers to a "small friendly nation" often and claims a scalar calamity was averted through the scalar weapons of that small friendly nation.
Here's something about Harry Mason, author of "Bright Skies."
TESLA WEAPON TESTING IN THE OUTBACK?
In 1995, British born Geologist/Geophysicist, Harry Mason, stumbled across a strange, unaccountable earthquake which rumbled across the vast open spaces of Western Australia two years earlier. The event took place at 11.03 p.m., on 28 May 1993 with an epi-centre close to Banjawarn sheep station in the Leonora-Laverton area - North-west of Perth. The event registered 3.7 on the Richter scale and was assumed to have been the first ever recorded quake in that part of Australia. Mason, who was very familiar with the region and it's geological composition, was intrigued. Initially believing the tremor was the result of a meteorite impact, he set about gathering detailed data.
As his detailed investigation continued, Mason became increasingly convinced that the Banjawarn event was not a meteor.20 In time, his thoughts increasingly turned towards the peculiar group that had purchased the Banjawarn sheep station in late April 1993. Representatives of Aum Shinrikyo had first arrived at the station in early April 1993 and commenced negotiations to buy the property five weeks before the powerful quake. By May 1993, four other Aum members, including a nuclear physicist arrived on site. By September 1993, Guru Shoko Asahara, arrived with his entourage and remained for a few weeks. Throughout, a series of unusual geological investigations by Aum scientists in, and around Banjawarn, were undertaken.
These involved the curious activities of Aum's chief arms dealer, Kiyode Hayakawa. Visiting Banjawarn station, he set about conducting extensive electromagnetic tests with electronic probes. The data he accumulated was fed into a laptop computer. Hayakawa remains central to the story. He had extraordinarily good contacts in Russia, travelling there no less than 21 times and repeatedly meeting with the chief of Russia's Security Council. It was Hayakawa who decided to purchase the sheep station, just days prior to the energy event and subsequent ground tremor.

Oddly enough it turns that fairly near this area, in Laverton (Aus.) of outback is a military installation that resembles HAARP.
Author David Gyatt says: "Russian technological know-how and advanced equipment provided by major Japanese transnational corporations, a terrifyingly powerful super-weapon was being constructed in secret." He goes on, "In an early, detailed essay, Mason concludes 'One is certainly left with the impression that someone has been utilising the Leonora-Laverton region as their own private testing ground.'"
Gyatt ends his essay:
"Weapons that can mimic cataclysmic natural disasters open a Pandora's box of deniability, and are, therefore, of great value in today's 'I didn't do it' doctrine of political survival. The fact that Aum did acquire significant advanced weapons from Russia, and that Japan is presently re-militarising itself as part of the 'China containment' strategy must be of concern - even disregarding the dark visions of the prophet Nichiren and his festering adherents inside Soka Gakkai and the Japanese military, industrial and intelligence complex.
Can anyone decipher that last paragraph for me?
"Similarly, one cannot disregard the EM weapon advances of the US, nor forget the touted joint US-Soviet-Japanese missile shield, which might easily switch from defensive to offensive posture? If we are on the brink of a new class of weapons so terrifying in their destructive potential that they prompted Kruschev to sound his warning 36 years ago, should not the public at least be permitted knowledge of what is being done in their name and with their tax dollars? Apparently not. As ever, Joe and Jane citizen are to be left blinking in ignorance - a fact their masters regard as 'blissful' - as they are Goose-stepped into a brave new world."

Those have been MY final thoughts many times as I have thought about all this. The secrecy is the people's biggest enemy and the world's greatest threat. One arrives at that conclusion time and again. WE CAN'T BAN SOMETHING WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT.
Via the Internet we need vast, fast public self-education and everyone who has grasped the dangers of the new scalar weapons can so each their own small part by just informing one or two other people. There will be denial, of course, but the main thing is to get the new concepts in their minds. Sooner or later everyone is going to find out anyway because it certainly looks as if "they" (any of 15 groups?) are already using these weapons in a covert silent war.
Finally, here are some clips from "Bright Skies" I found on rereading this document. Things in "Bright Skies" seem almost like some new blockbuster international thriller movie. Incredibly powerful weapons and possibly the ending of life on earth. The stakes are high.

FACTIONS AT WAR?
During 1995 and 1996 the following major events were literally blasted onto the world stage:
1) 17 January 1995: The great Kobe "earthquake";
2) 20 March 1995: Tokyo subway gas attack;
3) 17 April 1995: Oklahoma City "terrorist bombing";
4) 1 May 1995: Perth "fireball-explosion";
5) 17 July 1996: Destruction of TWA Flight 800 off New York City and Long Island.
With the exception of the Tokyo subway gas attack, each of the above events can be proven to contain evidence for the apparent involvement of highly advanced exotic EM weapons systems. The Tokyo subway gas attack appeared to involve the Japanese Aum Supreme Truth sect and possibly several other players previously 'fingered' in the EM weapons game. For some reason the 17th day of a number of event months appears to be significant; this may reflect payback timing based on the first major event on 17 January 1995.
Mason's next paragraph is extremely import in that it states we really do not know who these new scalar factions or. Forget factions like those of bankers. These new factions can knock out all banks anywhere and erase their data in less than a few hours.
"Taken as a whole, these events appear to represent an escalating exchange of fire between opposing (but unidentified) factions. The nature of this ongoing war and the identities of the opponents and their leaders appear to have been very deliberately kept secret from the planetary population, whilst elaborate webs of lies have been erected in the world press and Japanese and US courts to nominate patsies as the perpetrators of these shocking events."
Deniable massive-force weapons
"These EM weapons effects are 'deniable' in that they can be blamed upon natural earthquakes, meteor air-burst explosions or bolide ground-impacts, or can be set up as terrorist-bomb, ground-to-air missile or even alien UFO scenarios. The ability to cause apparently magical-force events implies an enormous advantage to certain individual power groups who appear to have stolen these weapons (from the states that originally developed them) to use solely for their own advantage.
"Such weapons in the hands of secret power groups who are willing to use them without mercy against the innocent citizens of planet Earth, represents a horrifying future prospect in the power struggles of this planet. Defence against such weapons and the curs who control them must now be our primary objective. The nuclear terror has been replaced by something far worse: a usable, high-energy weapon.
Mason goes on to talk about the Aum Shinrikyo cult and its connection to the sarin gas poisoning in a Tokyo subway. I do not want someone willing to do that to have scalar weapons in their possession! I just have this feeling that the world needs another mass-awakening like it experienced in the 60s and early 70s. We need a mass jump in consciousness very badly. Gurdjieff's most famous teaching nugget was probably his simple "man is asleep." If you "get" any of this danger then just tell one handful of other people. A handful is, of course, five. We don't have enough time to drift into the new paradigm slowly and comfortably, we must realize this all now and get our friends to realize it too. First we must end the secrecy by mass demonstrations against the new scalar electromagnetic weapons. If you go to a protest or march, put something about scalar weapons on your sign.
Now Mason goes to part that really caught my eye: the Oklahoma bombing, an explosion I always thought was impossible to come from just a truck bomb. Were scalar weapons used at the bombing. (I have long thought that they may well have been used on 911, but the metal was all scrapped quickly and we could not study the atomic structure of the beams to see if it had was changed in any way).
OKLAHOMA CITY "BOMBING"
The building was nearly totally destroyed by the explosion, whilst severe damage was inflicted on adjacent buildings, petering out at about a one-mile radius from ground zero....
A survivor with blood over his face was interviewed about one hour into the rescue effort. He described how his life had been saved in his previous domicile in California. When the Murrah Building began to shake violently he recognised an earthquake, just like those he had experienced in California, so he dived under his fifth-floor desk. Some five-to-ten seconds later, a huge explosion demolished the building around him, but the desk saved his life....
Explosives experts in Australia, the UK and USA (e.g., the General Partin report) began to question the nature of the damage at OKC. The gist of their theses is that low-velocity explosives like ANFO cannot have demolished so many support pillars in the strange pattern seen at OKC, since the blast pressure falls off according to the inverse cube distance law-yet some near-bomb pillars were still standing, whilst some further away from the bomb were demolished by the blast....
Seismic evidence recorded by local seismometers demonstrated a double-pronged explosive energy event with two nearly identical three-to-five-second, low-amplitude, multiple wave trains separated by a null field, occurring over a nine-second interval. USGS geophysicists argued that these two wave-packets were due to an initial ground "surface" wave arriving before a secondary wave that had travelled via deeper reflecting Earth layers, i.e., via the local basement. Other geophysicists argued that there were two wave-packets, representing the explosion followed by the building debris impacting with the ground....
These hypotheses were blown apart by the US Government's explosive demolition action on the Alfred P. Murrah Building remains, which failed completely to demonstrate a two-pronged seismic response that was in any way similar to the original event recordings. The original and best seismic recordings have been confiscated by the FBI, along with many other items of evidence such as the City video-surveillance tapes. Hardly surprisingly, none of this evidence surfaced in the McVeigh trial....
Along with the evidence of seismic action shaking the building some five-to-ten seconds prior to any explosion or blast wave hitting the building, there were several other mysterious pre-explosion events. A policeman working at his computer noticed electrical sparks and streamers in the wiring under the table several seconds before the explosion brought the building down around him.
A woman on an upper floor noted a strong ionising electrical sensation and hot air-flow entering the windows several seconds prior to the explosion which blew the same windows in on her. The lights in the building went out some five seconds before the explosion. A dictation tape recording made across the street from the "bombed" building recorded a loud "click" a few seconds before it recorded the sound of a huge explosion. This "click" was probably a local electromagnetic wave spike of considerable intensity....
An eyewitness located in a car a couple of hundred metres from ground zero observed a silver-white light flash or beam coming out of the top of the building, followed by a large blue-white electrical arcing flash or beam, followed by an orange-red light flash or beam that shot out from the top of the building. These electrical and light effects took some five seconds and preceded the actual explosion. (Reports of missiles may have been mistaken identification of these pre-explosion energy beams.) They were followed immediately by two explosive shock waves, one trailing on the other, that propagated out and away from the base of the building. These waves lifted the ground and buildings violently upwards. The witness called this the "lid effect".
Several cars located on the above-ground carpark had electronic ignition computers completely burnt out by the event. Two cars had factory-fitted digital magnetic compasses that were later found to have been thrown out by 180° and 45° respectively. Many nearby office computers went down with burnt-out circuit- boards.
These facts point strongly to a major EM pulse having struck the area associated with the explosion....
I showed a suite of local damage photos to retired SAS trooper friends, with experience in IRA ANFO bomb damage. They were as amazed as I was, and stated categorically that this was no ANFO damage. They said it would not have mattered how large an ANFO bomb had been detonated, it could not have caused the damage seen in the photos and/or described in the US literature.
Considering the above eyewitness reports finally Mason concludes that the OK bombing was a hit by a electromagnetic super weapon.
"It is my contention that the OKC event was the result of a double-pronged EM weapon strike that caused the Earth's dielectric field to erupt up through the building.
The building shook first because of harmonic reaction to the first EM wave packet which also blew the building's electrical supply and created the various computer, digital compass and ionising hot-air effects. Having rocked the building sufficiently, the EM weapon mode was advanced in a second strike to initiate atomic-bond rupture and literally blow the building material apart.
"No conventional or nuclear explosive, including a so-called 'A-Neutronic' bomb, can cause seismic shaking and electrical light-energy effects in a structure, seconds before the explosion blast-wave hits."
Oblique aerial photos of the Murrah Building show two nearly vertical, tubelike damage forms running through the building. These represent slightly displaced near-vertical but divergent beam-pulse orientations, suggesting an orbital platform was involved in the action.
Mason also concludes that the truck bomb and the whole line of intrigue involving McVeigh was all a manufatured cover story to hide the secret deadly military secret.
"This implies that a faction from within the US Government was responsible. Either that, or the US Government was warned well in advance that this particular building would be hit that day by an advanced weapon over which there was no defence-so it quickly found a patsy and built up a cover story."
Mason continues on to another event, a giant fireball that ocurred in Perth, Australia on May 1, 1995. First he directs us to Part 1 of Bright Skies: "This Perth event has been described in more detail in Part 1 of this "Bright Skies" series (see NEXUS 4/03, April-May 1997)."
"The megatonne-force level of this explosion woke up over half a million people and demonstrated that Perth could have been obliterated at the flick of a switch. This was the message in the wake-up call made that early morning to the people of Perth.
"I strongly suspect it was pointing out that WA hosts a huge US-controlled EM weapons system at Exmouth in the northwestern part of WA, and that we should wake up and bring order to our own house-or face the consequences.
"The trajectory of this fireball suggests an origin in Enderby Land, Antarctica, where a number of Japanese and Russian bases are located. The fireball flew on towards the Kamchatka Peninsula where a huge Russian (former Soviet Union) EM weapons complex/transmitter (Tx) site lies.
"The seismograph record of this Perth meteor event is surprisingly similar to one of the two low-order wave-packet arrivals seen on the record of the OKC 'bomb' events."
"On the premise that such a fireball represents no mass object but is purely a concentrated slug of 'infolded' EM energy created by a Russian-type Tesla weapon system, I contend that this incident fits well with the other exotic events of 1995 and represents yet another stage in an escalating oligarchic war for control of our planet."
In Part 1 of "Bright Skies" we find more about Tesla. We learn that Tesla's little invention which could mechanically vibrate a tall building to pieces was a MECHANICAL ANALOGY to the [scalar wave] vibrating of the earth to pieces, as Tesla claimed could be done. In one case of testing this mechanical analogy Teslas unwittingly caused the steel frame of his building to send out ever increasing standing wave through the ground so that all the surrounding buildings started vibrating wildly.
"There were vague references in the literature to Tesla's mechanical telegeodynamics theories coupled to suggestions that he could create the same seismic effects with EM 'Tesla waves', as produced by his 'Magnifying Energy Transmitter'-a giant Tesla coil linked to a special circuit design and a large, spherically shaped 'aerial'.
"Tesla utilised these 'Tesla waves'-longitudinal (scalar) EM waves (like sound waves) of pure electrostatic potential with no 'E' (electrical) or 'H' (magnetic) transverse vibrational fields. He certainly proved that he could transmit usable electrical energy in very large quantities, without any wires and with only minor energy losses, via his EM Magnifying Energy Transmitter. He claimed that he was bouncing these Tesla waves through the Earth's core to the antipodes and back to the transmitter (Tx) site. A relatively small, 10 kW-generator energy supply of just a few horsepower would rapidly allow the buildup by resonance of millions of horsepower in the coil circuits of this Magnifying Energy Transmitter device...."
Locals, many miles away from Tesla's Colorado Springs laboratory, complained of experiencing sparks and blue-white streamers of electrical energy issuing from power lines, generators, electric motors, etc., and even from the soles of their boots to the ground.
At this point Mason says Tesla imagine the modern day longitudinal wave interferometer, and knew that it could be built and probably knew how to build it.
"In his patent for the EM Magnifying Energy Transmitter, Tesla mentions that it can transmit electrostatic potential energy to the planetary antipodes, or create a grid of standing waves and nodes of pure electrostatic potential energy across the entire planet. He provides a method for steering the antipodean target site by utilising two or more waves of differing frequency and amplitude from two or more widely separated Tx sites."
That's basically a description of a modern Russian scalar weapon. Two antennae focussed through an EM grid to cross at any point on earth. Can even be focussed and discharged pointing right through the earth.
Mason points out that scalar waves are "non-hertzian," that is not like normal electromagnetism. Their "mode" is more like sound waves than radio waves.
"However, when invited to Tesla's laboratory, Kelvin was astounded to see by experimental demonstration that Tesla was indeed creating longitudinal vibrational or scalar EM waves of pure electrostatic potential-or, as Tesla called them, non-Hertzian radiations. Kelvin then apologised in public and confirmed the existence and nature of the new Tesla wave."
"Recent private research in the USA has demonstrated that Tesla waves can propagate in 'n'-dimensional space and may be engineered to operate in a non-linear time dimension at any speed from zero to infinite (not being limited to 'c', the speed of light)."
This exactly what Bearden says, that longitudinal EM waves are "over on the time axis." In a sense they are waves of time, or waves of time-energy. Time, the great mystery in all the philosophies of the ages, may be a dimension pevading all and offering great energy to be tapped. It is very difficult to understand what the scientists call "space time" or "space time contiuum." But what seems clear from both Tesla and Bearden is THAT TIME IS COMPRESSED ENERGY.
At first this concept is so startling it takes one's breath away. Who ever knew that before Tesla? Tesla had a paranoid habit of never writing anything down. He had a perfect photographic memory and kept everything in THAT. So we are fortunate to have Bearden's re-discovery of Tesla's discovery and his explanations of what was going on with Tesla. Finally Tesla is beginning to get long delayed admiration and study, at least among on the Internet.
Ah, next is another description about Tesla's device which is, again, an exact description of a longitudinal wave interferometer. No wonder Tesla was erased from history. You see, this all leads quickly to Tesla's "Death Ray."
"Several Tesla waves sent from different transmitters may also be engineered to combine by interferometry to produce an EM slug of very-high-level infolded or contained energy, with any desired light emission shape, colour and intensity.
This slug of EM energy may be moved around the planet at will -- visibly or invisibly. The contained energy may be released by a further specific transmission. The EM slug can be moved into the Earth, through the air or into the sea. If 'detonated' in the Earth, an earthquake is the result. In a building or a city, a violent explosion of pseudo nuclear style is the result (even up to nuclear force levels)."
"In his later years Tesla claimed that he could produce a 'death ray', with a range of hundreds of miles, which would be useful against aircraft. Tesla also stated that another of his inventions would allow entire cities to be devastated by explosive EM transmissions across intercontinental distances, to anywhere on the planet, with no defence possible; and that EM 'Tesla shields', produced by the same new device, could defend an entire country or a city against aircraft and shells."
This next bit reminds of how Tom Bearden, in his writings, bemoans again and again the Western scientific attitude and inability to think outside the box. Scientific "dogma" can be just as stubborn and ignorant as religious dogma, unreasoning, unquestioning, and uninspired. Russian scientists, however, somehow grasped what Tesla was talking about long ago, at least as early 1960, probably before. They did not throw Tesla in the trash, they studied what he was talking about and damn the old flawed models.
"To achieve such wave-packet velocities of greater than 'c' was thought to be impossible in Einsteinian Western physics-until the recent redevelopment of new ideas in physics concerning the theoretical relativistic hyperspace transmission of scalar EM waves-or Tesla waves.
"It is also now known that longitudinal scalar EM waves do indeed produce a great repelling force on the atomic nucleus, bypassing the outer electron shells and directly engineering or interfering with the components of the nucleus."
The next bit targets the bottom line most-dangerous-thing about the "Tesla Magnifying Transmitter" which is that IT CAN AFFECT THE SUN!!!! WILL SOMEONE PLEASE WAKE UP!
"As early as 1914, Tesla predicted the electrical control of atmospheric moisture, and he gave some thought to how this 'weather control' could be achieved using his magnifying transmitter. He implied that it would be possible even to affect the Sun's EM fields and output, or certainly modify its effects upon the Earth, by means of EM Tesla wave transmitters."
Finally, Mason concludes Part 1:
"Tesla's radiation and other theories, as well as more recent theoretical studies by US physicist Tom Bearden, have enabled a full elucidation of the reasons for a series of quite bizarre activities associated with the Japanese Aum Supreme Truth sect at Banjawarn station, Western Australia, during 1993, and demonstrated the sect's close connection to the Banjawarn fireballs, explosion and mini-Tunguska earthquake events."

Some meteorologists contend there has been weather-warfare. That is, they say, that there have been two man-made hurricanes, Ivan [The Terrible], 2004, and Katrina, 2005. And, that these storms were created by technology long-known and directed to specific areas.
One weatherman asserted that Russia has long claimed they can send extreme weather and turbulence from Siberia targeting the United States. He proclaimed that Russia did that with Ivan [later called Ivan The Terrible] in 2004 and Katrina, 2005.
He appeared on the Coast-To-Coast radio talk show with host George Noory, about a night after Katrina hit the Gulf. In describing how brazenly the hurricane was created and directed, that as an inside signal, it came right over the National Hurricane Center in Florida.
If so, WHO had prior knowledge?
1. As a corruptly installed stooge and scapegoat for the Anglo-American Aristocracy, George W. Bush is a prime suspect having foreknowledge. If it became in time more and more evident of a high-level domestic plot, a new "Pearl Harbor", to carry out a long-planned war-mongering cancel-the Constitution agenda, then putting a Russian-style name in advance on the two later man-made suspected hurricanes, would form the basis for blaming Russia. Or like 9-11, falsely blaming "The Moslems".
2. Did Russian president Putin, suspecting he might be blamed for Hurricane Katrina, jump the gun? Just prior to Katrina hitting the Gulf, Putin noted that two U.S. Senators were in Russia snooping around off-limits secret facilities. That is U.S. Senator Barack Obama (D., Ill.) originally from the former British colony of Kenya and a year previous, before Obama was elected, was publicly fingered by me as a British spy; and his accomplice in Russia, U.S. Senator Richard Lugar (R., Ind.).
Putin had both of their passports seized and the two Senators were kept for a while in custody of the FSB, the new Russian secret political police.

3. Some assert that a friendly foreign power, also having high technology, made the man-made Katrina suddenly take a right hook and veer slightly away from New Orleans and directly hit the refineries and facilities of British Petroleum, owned by the British monarchy.
4. In an exclusive bulletin on Cloak and Dagger, we told how the Bushies' Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), sabotaged the levee which holds back the nearby lake from swamping below-sea-level New Orleans. More than 25 eyewitnesses to this treason are primarily but not exclusively blacks. FEMA operatives vowed to find these finger-pointers and snuff them out. A friendly foreign power is keeping the witnesses safe.
5. Nationwide, the American Red Cross solicited funds for supposed "New Orleans Hurricane Relief". [Has everyone forgotten that Elizabeth Dole, wife of now former U.S. Senator Dole, having been accused but not punished for reportedly embezzling 150 thousand dollars while she was head of the American Red Cross.? She is now a U.S. Senator (R., N. Car.)].
FEMA in the George W. Bush Administration have been, at great expense, supposedly pre-planning how to deal with an expected New Orleans hurricane disaster. FEMA said that refuge should be sought in the New Orleans Convention Center. And beyond that, FEMA pointed to the nearby Super-Dome sports arena.
Eyewitness residents occupied such places. Those that survived bitterly complain that the Red Cross, the National Guard, FEMA helpers, and other supposed rescuers were nowhere to be seen. For almost a week, no food, no bottled water, no medicines for the sick such as diabetics, and no other life essentials were dropped from helicopters or otherwise made available. In two New Orleans hospitals, patients not otherwise in dying condition, died because of lack of essentials.
6. Noting how Hurricane Ivan The Terrible made a mysterious u-turn, Lenny Bloom, co-host of Cloak and Dagger, in 2004, coined the term, HAARPICANE, named after the latest technology to manipulate the weather and the atmosphere, HAARP.
7. When asked by a reporter why Bush was not ordering immediate emergency aid for the suffering residents of New Orleans, a Bush White House official arrogantly barked out, "After all, they did not vote for us."
8. From long experience as a court-reformer, I learned that when we publicly identify a top Judge as a crook, as a bribe-taker, the Establishment, the Ruling Class, "the powers that be", that is THEM---they throw the Judge away like a worn out shoe, and send him to jail for" suddenly" discovered tax evasion and other criminal offenses. I usually cynically comment, "No decent gangster bagman will further bribe such a corrupt identified judge but will look for another crook on the bench."
There is reason to believe that now the Anglo-American Aristocracy has extracted all the illicit profit they can out of Bush and may want to throw him away. Hence, the monopoly press is strangely allowing Bush critics to be heard stating that in the Gulf area and elsewhere, Americans are suffering from an "incompetent Bush government". Wow! Why was this truism so long delayed in being heard at the hands of the liars and whores of the press?
9. Oil machinery and other service and equipment faker, Halliburton, has been promised the contract to someday, perhaps not soon, rebuild New Orleans. Vice President Richard Cheney, a top-level criminal, was the CEO of the firm and still receives many millions of dollars per year in delayed "compensation" from them while he stonewalls important White House oil dirty business.
The plan for treachery is simple. Residents of New Orleans fled for their life. They obviously did not take along in a plastic bag the deed to their property. So now out-of-town and out-of-work, they do not have the funds to pay their property tax nor do they have their property identification code and number. Sixty six per cent of the population of New Orleans have been blacks, many impoverished, together with a sizeable number of poor whites,
So it will be simple for land swindlers like Halliburton and their gang of pirates to grab lots of land from the descendants of slaves or white indentured servants, bull-doze away the hurricane-wrecked houses, and build hotels and other structures to accompany a someday to be newly-enlarged whorehouse district in New Orleans.
Some unfeeling critics would like to unfairly point to the whole hurricane mess, as A Red Light District is Bad Karma. Actually, subject to Bad Karma is the highly corrupt, terribly incompetent Bush White House and the Bush Crime Family.
And what may happen to the tens of thousands of New Orleans refugees now resident in Texas? Doing menial work in Texas are Mexican aliens. So New Orleans refugees can expect to be dragooned into such work, to replace the Mexicans who may be thrown out of the country or forced into the U.S. armed forces headed for Iraq. The Americans can no doubt expect to be paid minimum wages or even under the table below minimum wages, minus deductions for their food, housing, and essentials. They may end up with about the same almost nothing monthly pay received by jail-birds working in the factories now hooked to prisons. {Currently, some of the products bought in chain food stores are actually packed in prison factories including reportedly a fancy, expensive, and widely advertised coffee also often sipped in that company's chain of coffee shops..]
The former New Orleans blacks may become property-stripped latter day slaves and the poor whites, likewise plundered of their assets, can expect to become indentured servants, just in time for the new, worthless Bankruptcy Law, same as those many years ago exported from British Debtors' Prisons to Tennessee and elsewhere in the U.S.
Cheney and the Halliburton Pirate Flag gang and the Bush Crime Family, together with the Oil Cartel--- why they do they want the people cleared off the land in New Orleans? A simple explanation, supplied by savvy sorts, is that New Orleans may be situated on a large pool of oil.

New Weather-Control Board to Set up Shop in U.S.
The Weather Modification Research and Technology Transfer Act was set forward as Bill S-517 on March 3, 2005 and is to take effect on 1 October 2005. This act sets up an eleven-member board of directors to oversee all the research on weather control, and direct funding to projects. There are several gray areas, such as "and for other purposes" and other vague phrases that periodically appear in the text. (Ref.) Some wording raises concern, such as under Section 5, DUTIES, the following statement:
(2) assessments and evaluations of the efficacy of weather modification, both purposeful (including cloud-seeding operations) and inadvertent (including downwind effects and anthropogenic effects).
Note the word "anthropogenic”, which refers to "the origin and evolution of humans". In other words, the act is going to allow weather experimentation that includes treating humans as guinea pigs, and noting any evolutionary -- probably genetic – changes will merely be part of data collection.
Also not explained in the wording is why "Technology Transfer" is in the title. Unless that is related to the right of the Board of Directors to receive, use, and dispose of "gifts", we are left to guess what this means. However, if the objective is for the government to control the weather, and for military advantage, then some of these transfers may be involuntary.
According to one website, crediting as its source another site that no longer carries this report, Canada and the U.S. have entered into an agreement to exchange information about these technologies and their transboundary effects. (Ref.) Article IV of this agreement requires both parties to inform the other of weather-control experiments and activities "prior to" the commencement of such activities. However, apparently to cover their backsides, Article VII states: "Nothing herein relates to or shall be construed to affect the question of responsibility or liability for WEATHER MODIFICATION activities, or to imply the existence of any generally applicable rule of international law."
I have not been able to find out as of this date whether this agreement is in effect, or even when it was allegedly signed.
Earlier Weather Control Approaches
The official recognition given to weather control technology at this time might suggest to some that its technology is a new field, and that the research is just beginning. However, weather control has a long history, and if various observers and researchers are correct in their interpretation of documents and data, we have been seeing it in use for some time.
The ancient way was for especially trained and disciplined individuals to interact with the spirit dimension.
"In many cultures, weather-working ability seems to be part and parcel of the shaman's job description and is considered necessary for the survival and well-being of the community. Successful weather-working also demonstrates the shaman's strong relationship with the spirits and the forces of nature. Implicit in these demonstrations is not an opportunity for self-aggrandizement, but ideally, an opportunity to support the community in the certain knowledge that the spirits are really at work and that miracles can indeed be expected!"
The co-authors point out that compassion and relationship were part and parcel of the shaman's weather control, as opposed to the non-human, scientific attempt to manipulate weather, usually for the domination of one group over against another. (Ref)
Wilhelm Reich, discoverer of an actual, scientifically verifiable "life energy" he named "orgone" developed a device he called the Cloud-Buster. This consisted of pipes grounded in water, and connected to layers of material from living and inorganic sources. He was able to use this device to both shut off and bring rain. It was so powerful that it had to be used sparingly and with caution, to avoid creating either drought or flood. Some of Reich’s experiments had remarkable results. In 1954, he brought rain to the Tucson area. And even before the rain actually arrived, grass had reached a foot in height due to the enhanced and balanced life energy (orgone). (Ref)
Trevor J. Constable continues in the Reich tradition, but mounts the pipes on aircraft and flies them through the area to be treated. His site describes Operation Clincher, a series of smog-reduction operations conducted in California under the auspices of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration.
In 2004 Constable authored an article rebutting conventional ideas for control of hurricanes. He writes:
"Lunatic suggestions to explode atomic bombs against the eye wall of these immense vortexial systems, attest to orthodoxy’s dangerous bankruptcy, and also to orthodoxy’s perpetual readiness to embrace the murderous." Constable's work, arising directly from that of Reich, depends on and utilizes the life energy principles, which orthodox mechanistic science still refuses to acknowledge as existing. (Ref.)
Even when confronted with evidence, film, time-lapse video, and data, the conventionally educated still refuse to accept that the "etheric" technology is able to diminish storms, even though it is etheric forces that play a role in creating them, according to Trevor Constable.
"The cardinal technical principle involved in any hurricane control measures, is to use the colossal energies of etheric force in a hurricane, AGAINST THE HURRICANE. A science that thinks an octave too low, with no understanding of what vital energy actually is, cannot access and technologically utilize that force. The chief characteristic of vital energy is that it flows from low potential to high potential – the reverse of conventional, standard concepts of energy potentials."
Constable wrote this in 2004, indicating that with some minor resources provided and "protected status"-- to avoid the fate of his mentor and predecessor Reich who died in prison --
"with a year of such preparatory work, our entire posture vis-à-vis the Florida hurricane season, would be totally transformed from terror to confidence that we were finally doing something meaningful about hurricane diversion and control, instead of just standing in the rain."
Of course he did not receive any permission or recognition, and as we all know, the Florida storms continue unabated -- some say, with an extra push from one or another covert secret weather controller with nefarious intentions.
Weather Control as Weapon
For many, weather control suggests the ability always to have pleasant weather and to avoid serious storms or long droughts. For such people, the frequency destructive storms, hurricanes and the consequent floods, or their total absence, must mean that weather control has not been mastered and therefore is not being used. This Pollyanna-esque naive view assumes that weather would always be controlled for the good of humanity.
Human nature seems to dictate otherwise. The discovery of any new power is considered to confer a military advantage, and therefore its very existence is kept secret for as long as possible. While the general public is being told that all phenomena, including some highly anomalous ones inexplicable by natural forces, are "Mother Nature" at work, various military and even private agencies have been flexing their technological muscles and playing havoc with the weather.
Although the American military has actually published a detailed document "Owning the Weather by 2025", many people will simply say "I don't believe it" when confronted with this. Why? Because it has not been reported in the mass media. But as indicated, any military power must be kept secret, and the major media outlets are well aware that they must not cross this line or they could be shut down. Freedom of the press is allowable only if "national security" policies are not breached.
Some apologists attempt to argue this away by focussing on the disclaimer that this document only represents future scenarios and should not be taken to be factual:
"2025 is a study designed to comply with a directive from the chief of staff of the Air Force to examine the concepts, capabilities, and technologies the United States will require to remain the dominant air and space force in the future. Presented on 17 June 1996, this report was produced in the Department of Defense school environment of academic freedom and in the interest of advancing concepts related to national defense. The views expressed in this report are those of the authors and do not reflect the official policy or position of the United States Air Force, Department of Defense, or the United States government. This report contains fictional representations of future situations/scenarios." (Ref. – emphasis included in published document)
